For the Estate Agent

As an estate agent, you have a broad range of skills. From knowledge of the law to people skills. Time is money, and your agents often have many things to juggle at the same time. Often the time available to take good images of the property for sale is limited. Your agents mostly use a digital compact camera, and whilst these often produce reasonable images, they do not approach the quality of those images taken with professional SLR cameras and lenses. We are photographers who can offer you skills to extract the best from the properties you are selling on behalf of your customers.

By engaging us to attend and photograph the properties, your customers will feel that you are making the best effort to represent them. Word will soon get around, and this may well be the advantage point for you over your fellow agents when customers are trying to decide which estate agent to use.

We pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity. To many people it can be unsettling having strangers in the property. We are acutely aware of this and will represent you in the most favourable way.

We will attend the property and produce high quality, high resolution images that will show it in the best possible light. We can supply you with a CD with the images in whatever format you wish.

For the property owner and seller

Some customers prefer to have more control over the way that their property is represented. We can therefore work closely with the seller to produce the perfect images.

These images can then be used to supply to your agent, or for you to advertise anywhere you wish.

The quality will easily be high enough for publication in country life should you so desire.

Before and after images would also be useful if you are carrying out any construction work on your property, as a record of progress and/or any snagging issues.
