What is the first thing that catches the eye of a prospective property buyer ?

Images of the property for sale or rent are absolutely critical. A clear, sharp and detailed image will tempt the buyer to look in more detail at your property.

PPICs can provide sellers with those images.

Estate agents will often take images when they enter a contract with you to sell or rent your property. You will see them pull out a digital compact camera or even a camera phone, and take some shots.

They are busy people and often do not have the time, equipment or skill to really do your property justice.

We will take over this task for them, and show your property in its best light. We use high resolution 17 megapixel professional cameras and specialist high quality lenses (see the technical section). We will discuss your property and requirements, and combine your needs with our expertise. We will produce native images that you could print out the size of your house!!

You will have a set of extremely high quality digital images that you can keep, print out or email to estate agents and buyers. These images are bound to catch the eye and therefore increase your chances of buyers taking interest in your property.
